Biography
Joselyn Naranjo earned both her M.A. in History in 2014 and Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction in 2020 from Florida International University. Before coming to the Knight Foundation School of Computing and Information Sciences in 2019, she first joined FIU in 2015 as an undergraduate Academic Advisor for the Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs and advised for online programs in Public Policy & Administration, Criminal Justice, and Crime Science. Her current interests in higher education administration lie in credit for prior learning, academic advising, and the effects of policy on student engagement, success, and access.
